Questions buyers ask first
What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the print process and the label size. Digital printing can start in the hundreds; a flexographic roll is normally quoted from a few thousand labels. We confirm the exact figure against your dieline and run length before you commit.
Can you supply FSC-certified material?
Yes. We hold an FSC Chain of Custody certificate from Intertek SAI Global covering adhesive labels, valid to 30 May 2031, and can supply FSC 100%, FSC Mix or FSC Recycled material with the claim printed on your order documentation.
What artwork format do you need?
Vector files are best — AI, EPS, PDF or SVG. Send barcodes as vectors where you can. If you only have a raster file, send it at final size and we will check resolution and trapping before quoting.
How long does production take?
A plate or cylinder plus a production run normally takes 10 to 18 working days after artwork approval, depending on process and quantity. Digital runs and small batches move faster. We will give you a firm date on the order confirmation.
Which industries do you already produce for?
Personal care and household, cosmetics and essential oils, health and nutrition, food and beverage, electronics, batteries and cable, and toys with compliance, hang tags and instruction panels.
Can you produce anti-counterfeit and tamper-evident labels?
Yes. VOID film, double-layer constructions, tear-proof adhesives, serialisation, QR and Data Matrix coding, and RF/RFID inlays are all available as part of the security range.
What are your payment and trade terms?
Standard terms are 30% deposit with the balance against the production copy, by T/T. We work with existing importers on L/C at sight for larger orders. Trade Programme pricing is available for regular volume customers.
Do you ship to Europe, the UK, North America and Australia?
Yes. We are set up for sea, air and express shipments with EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP terms, and we will quote the freight cost for your delivery address rather than leaving it open.
