Who we are

This policy covers dexinlilabels.com, operated by Heyuan Dexinli Packaging Products Co., Ltd., a company registered in the People's Republic of China and trading as DEXINLI. Our registered address is 2/F, Building A, No. 3 South of Liwang Avenue, Mingzhu Development Zone, Heyuan, Guangdong, 517000, China, and our legal representative is Xu Shujun.

What this website collects

Nothing, on its own. There is no account to create, no login, no newsletter sign-up and no download list. The site is a set of static pages served from our own server.

• No cookies are set by this site, and none are read.
• No analytics, tag manager, heat-map or session-recording tool is installed.
• No advertising network, retargeting pixel or social media tracker is embedded.
• No third-party script runs on any page, with one exception described below.
• Your server access log records the requested path, timestamp and IP address, purely to run the site and diagnose faults. It is not linked to any other data.

If you arrive from an advert or a search result, the referring site may know you clicked. That is between you and them, and we never see it.

What happens when you contact us

The form is delivered by FormSubmit, a third-party service that forwards the form contents to our company mailbox over an encrypted connection. The delivery is between your browser and FormSubmit and then FormSubmit and our mailbox; the message does not sit in a marketing database.

Please do not send us personal data about your staff, your customers or anyone else unless your privacy rules allow it. We only need your own contact details.

Who else sees your data

We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

• FormSubmit, which carries the form to our mailbox as described above.
• A courier or freight forwarder, but only for the contact details needed to deliver goods you have actually ordered.
• A public authority, if we are legally required to disclose something. We will tell you unless the law forbids it.

How long we keep it

An enquiry that does not become an order is kept as business correspondence for as long as it may still be relevant, and is then deleted. Records attached to a sale are kept for the period Chinese accounting and tax law requires, which is longer. If you want your enquiry record deleted sooner, ask and we will do it, unless we are holding it because an order depends on it.

How it is protected

The whole site is served over HTTPS, so anything you type is encrypted between your browser and the server. Access to our mail is restricted to the people who handle enquiries. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send us anything you would be upset to lose.

Your rights

We answer such requests in English. Write to us and we will deal with it. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

This site is a business-to-business catalogue. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.

If this policy changes

We will update the date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects how we use data you have already given us, we will tell you by email.
